Growing in Unity Friday and FwF!

THANK YOU SO MUCH for joining me in my Growing in Unity week!  What a blast it was...and today is my last day! I loooove creating with my Unity and {ippity} stamps! *smile*

Today is also Unity's Friends with Flair...so there is lots of sharing going on!  Yay Unity!

Growing in Unity details:
From all the comments that I have received on my posts starting on Sunday HERE through TODAY, I will number them all and then pick a number via Random.org.  The lucky comment will be posted on Sunday, January 22nd.  The winner gets to pick any TWO ITTY BITTY'S from the Unity Stamp Co website, courtesy of Unity Stamp Co! Woohoo!

Today's pictures are definitely not the best, but have you ever tried to photograph 'metal'?  Oh my gosh, it is the toughest thing ever! I made these little door hangers for the Unity KOM Challenge, using the Feb 2010 KOM 'Nothing but Blue Skies:
I used Blazing Red StazOn to stamp on this 'non-shiny' metal and then hand debossed it, while puffing out the hearts and clouds...it really looks much better in person! The base is cardboard with some yummy Little Yellow Bicycle Papers and misc ribbons.

Here's another view which doesn't reflect as much shine:

You have until February 1st to play with a chance to win 'ANY Kit of the Month of their choice for FREE plus 100 randomly chosen Unity Stamp Company stamps'!
Here's the sketch:

Here's another door hanger using a 'shiny' mirror type metal with same stamps and Red StazOn. I used the same sketch, but flipped it upside down:
The 'mirror' was also tough to photo and it looks dark here, but it really does look like a shiny mirror.

Here's another view without the reflection:

Note to self...find some photography tips for metals! LOL
And if anyone has some hints for me, please share!

Isn't it great that you can now order Unity Stamps along with your {ippity} stamps, on the Unity website!  I am a Unity Endorsed {ippity} chick, and if you feel I have earned your business, please click on my name and photo at the Unity website when placing your order (thank you so much)!

Don't forget about Angela's birthday sale...tomorrow, Saturday, is the last day!  Use ANG39 on your checkout at Unity Stamp Co and receive 39% off of your order on the Unity website (for {ippity} stamps too)!!! Please make sure to wish Angela a very happy birthday, as she certainly has made our days happy too!

Well, it truly has been a pleasure having you share my Growing in Unity week with me! Your comments and messages have really made me smile, thank you!
Come back on Sunday to find out who the winner is!

I leave you with the sentiment from my projects:
"May happiness fill your heart each day your whole life through".

Jen
